For me, accessibility isn’t just a design principle. It’s personal.

My husband lives with multiple sclerosis, so I’ve seen how everyday design choices can create real obstacles. We’ve left events early because there were no ramps, no seating nearby, or no accessible washrooms. These details may seem small, but they speak volumes about who a space was designed for – and who was left out.

Globally, over 1 billion people live with a disability. That’s a massive audience to ignore. Accessibility should never be an afterthought. It should be baked in from the very start of any project, whether it’s a website, a flyer, or an event layout.

As a designer, I bring this mindset to every project. I follow WCAG accessibility standards and aim to create content that’s not just beautiful, but usable for everyone. Whether I’m designing digital content, social graphics, or print materials, I always focus on clarity, inclusivity, and real-world usability.

If your brand is ready to build more thoughtful and inclusive experiences, I’d love to help you get started.

Let’s make accessibility the default, not the exception.
